John's Notes: This is an excellent organic green -- reminiscent of a fine Japan Sencha. Very mild, slightly sweet and vegetative, without a hint of bitterness if properly brewed. Be careful to not over-brew this fine tea.
Ocean Green Needle Organic
Description:An extremely well-made organic green tea. The dry leaves are a beautiful blue/green color and contain a high percentage of tips and buds. The flavor is very mild, with sweet "grassy" notes and a slight astringency. Brews a clear yellow/green in the cup.

Brewing: 3g of tea per 8oz cup of 180 degree water. First, add enough cold water to cover the leaves, then add hot water and brew for 1-2 minutes. Bo not over-brew.[198]
