Natural, or "Dryer Mouth", tea is a recent innovation developed by the leading organic tea estates in Africa. Unlike most single-estate loose teas, Natural teas are packaged just as they exit the dryer -- half way through the normal process. The resulting ungraded tea is produces a wonderfully rich and complex flavor profile, very high in beneficial organic compounds and low in caffein content.
