Do you have Gift Certificates?

How and where do you ship?
We ship to the United States (all 50 States) for a flat-rate shipping charge of $4.25. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (or UPS for large orders). Typical delivery time is 2-3 days for Priority Mail, and 5-7 days for UPS.

How is your tea packaged?
Our tea is not "pre-packaged". Our inventory is stored in air-tight containers, and each order is packaged for shipment in re-sealable food-grade rice paper pouches to retain freshness.


Do you provide samples of your teas?
All of our teas, with the exception of our Matcha teas, are available for purchase in 4-cup "sample" sizes. Simply go to the last item on the "pull-down" menu to select and purchase a sample. We always include several 4-cup samples with each order.

If there is a specific tea you would like to sample, just make a note of it on the checkout page and we will include it with your order.

How should my tea be stored?
Properly stored, our re-sealable rice-paper pouches will keep your tea fresh and flavorful for months. Always seal the bag after use, store at room-temperature and away from moisture. Never store tea in the refrigerator or the freezer.
